Myth Fact: Sharks Are Immune to Every Disease and Cancer

Do sharks immune to every known disease? I have seen this popular misconception about the immunity of the sharks. I saw this first in 9gag.com. I did not take extra effort to research its validity. It does mean that I do trust the content in 9gag. Anyway. 

According to Wikipedia, Sharks are not scientifically proven to immunity with disease and cancer. In fact, Sharks could get cancer. Diseases and parasites could also affect sharks.

Moreover, Shark's fins claimed to prevent cancer. But it has no scientific proof supports. It has nothing to do with cancer treatment.
